This is Navi the Fairy, Link's Quest Companion from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (Nintendo, 1998), here depicted in a piece of fanart that I found on google images many years ago, adopting her as my avatar ever since. When I looked again some years ago, I could not find it again, nor have I ever been able to find her creator.
